Shipping Policy

Delivery Area Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and EU member states.

Shipping Service & Insurance All orders are shipped insured. Tracking information (where available) will be sent by e-mail.

Delivery Times The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation. One-of-a-kind items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment (delivery time varies by country for CH/EU).

Shipping Costs Displayed at checkout based on the destination country. For EU shipments, IOSS processing may apply for orders of EUR 150 or less; orders above EUR 150 are subject to standard customs procedures. Any import duties or customs charges are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Transfer of Risk Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover of the goods. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt.

Transport Damage Any damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the goods to info@azcamart.ch. Returns are only accepted after RMA authorisation; carriage-unpaid parcels will not be accepted.

Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will refund the value of the goods minus the shipping costs incurred. Re-delivery is possible upon payment of a new shipping fee.
