Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Switzerland, Liechtenstein & EU We offer a voluntary 14-day right of return for all customers, regardless of your location. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the goods — no reason required.
Exceptions — No Right of Return:
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. engravings, special sizes, bespoke pieces)
- Sealed earrings/ear studs where the seal has been removed after delivery (hygiene reasons)
Use of the item beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning may give rise to a claim for compensation for diminished value.
How to Return
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
- We will refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
- All returns require prior authorisation (RMA) — please contact us before sending. Carriage-unpaid parcels will not be accepted.
Transport Damage Please report any transport damage within 5 days of receipt with photographs. Returns are only accepted after prior written confirmation.
